We'll get to know each other and I'll learn where you’re thriving in your business, what your pain points are, and the dreams you have for the future. We’ll brainstorm some ideas for how we can best use our coaching time.

We'll meet for three 45-minute coaching sessions spaced 1-2 weeks apart depending on what feels right. This is where we’ll deep dive into your studio’s characteristics, demographics, pain points, and growth goals so we can get a detailed picture of how you'll get from where you are to where you want to go. We'll decide what scope of work feels right for this coaching package, so we can help you focus on what's most important first without getting overwhelmed.

You'll receive six weeks of personalized email support. Email me as much or as little as you want to ask questions, get feedback, or kick around ideas. I’m very responsive and love it when my clients reach out in between sessions! You’ll find an eager cheerleader and help-mate just an email away throughout our working time together.

After each of our first two sessions I'll send you a draft plan for your review (2 drafts in total). I've found this to be a great way to make sure that we're on the same page, and it provides you with an opportunity to give feedback or ask questions before our next call. After our last session, I'll send you your final business plan.

The idea of sending you the finalized business plan and never following up to see how it's going for you does not sit well with me. I like to check in a few weeks after we’ve wrapped up the official coaching sessions with a follow-up call. (You can expect additional guidance and motivation if needed, because that’s just how I roll!)
